Sudarshan Kriya technique taught in Art of Living course has taken away all my RSI problems! I am simply amazed and feel grateful for this relief. I was not able to type for 5 minutes at a stretch, had severe pain pretty much everywhere – wrists, elbows, forearm muscles, shoulders, neck, back, tailbone.. After practicing Sudarshan Kriya- an immensely powerful breathing technique for 2-3 months, the symptoms have simply disappeared! I work till midnight now and no problems! I feel so grateful for this relief and ability to earn my living (and avoided grief dealing with workers comp people!) It has been 6 years now.. RSI is a thing of the past for me. I feel mentally calm and alert, physically healthy, emotionally happy.

All RSI sufferers, please do this favor to yourself and experience the impact of Sudarshan Kriya. This course called “Art of Living course” offered all around the world
