I've purchased Mousebean approx a year ago, I use it daily. Not sure if it helps. I still feel tension in my wrist while using it. I think that main problem is that bones are still twisted (see http://www.evoluent.com/twisted_silver.jpg) while using regular mouse, with or without MouseBean.

Now I'm using AirObic Mouse (http://www.aerobicmouse.com/) for two days and it seems that works much better, I feel relief in my wrist.

I will see how it works after couple of weeks.
