		<description>These guidelines are interesting...but the thing is...most patients that present with CTS symptoms do not have CTS. The same symptoms can be caused by nerve irritation in the neck. I guess if we are considering true CTS these guidelines make sense. But...my experience has been that CTS is still misunderstood and misdiagnosed.</description>
