I type with two fingers. I have for my whole life. I've never had any problems. I can type nearly twice as fast as anyone typing with their whole hand. I don't have to look at the screen or read while I type, and I get things done faster looking at the keys. Full-hand typing sucks and makes my hands hurt a ton more. Everyone I know wants me to type full-hand, but I told them to stupid shut up and leave me alone. I'm gonna do what I want to do and damn everyone who wants to change that.

I type with two fingers, and have done for years. I have also become pretty good at it - so that on a roll, I can type as fast as most people using full hands.

For some years I have been asking (in the UK) for someone to teach me to type properly as I have a lump on my wrist and experience pain whenever I type - both of which I am convinced are largely caused by this bad habit.

Unfortunately, no-one seems to offer typing training aimed at relieving RSI.
