Workrave Earns Raves

At InternetNews.com, Sean Michael Kerner writes about Workrave (How Open Source Saved My Neck), the free break reminder program from developer Raymond Penners.
Workrave is a program that assists in the recovery and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). The program frequently alerts you to take micro-pauses, rest breaks and restricts you to your daily limit. Workrave is available for both Linux and Windows.
AntiRSI is a similar break reminder program for Mac OS X.
