Make Changes At Work To Avoid Repetitive Stress Injury

In an article in the El Paso Times, Bernadette Sedillos Self writes about repetitive-motion injuries suffered by workers in the course of their day-to-day jobs.

“The good news is many people can avoid repetitive stress injuries by altering their work environments and learning how to perform tasks in such a way that injury is avoided. The key to treating RSIs is to change how you do something and, if necessary, change your workstation. A few changes in the position of your arms, back and feet while working can prevent stress injuries.”

    Looks like the article is no longer available on their web site. That’s one of the perils of referencing newspaper articles - sometimes they just disappear. Sorry about that.
